Dr. Rafael Foss B.S., D.C., D.PSc

For nearly ten years Dr. Rafael Foss B.S., D.C., D.PSc., has been a distinguished leader and educator in the field of health and nutrition. His emphasis on educating others has influenced the ongoing health of many in a powerful way.

Today, Dr. Rafael Foss has expanded his thriving practice to also include a revolutionary weight loss program, NutriMost, which is having an amazing impact in the Jacksonville community.

Although Dr. Foss has been traditionally trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic, he presents and offers NutriMost services as member only services under his Pastoral Medicine License # L31038301. Pastoral Medicine is the Professional Blend of Scriptural Health Wisdom and Understanding along with Leading Edge Science. NutriMost services offered are pastoral health services and should not be confused with state regulated services or services offered by any other doctor or healthcare professional.

Our focus is wellness for the whole family because our vision is to live in the healthiest community on the planet.

"I then develop a comprehensive individualized plan of care to get and keep the individual well for a lifetime. I have learned through my experience that human beings are all genetically designed to be healthy and it is our choices in life that determine our well being and how long we will live on this planet."

One of the hallmarks that has distinguished Dr. Foss from others in his field is his passion for educating others. According to Dr. Foss, "To doctor means to teach…teaching people lifestyle and lifestyle potential." To that end, he typically will have eight to twelve speaking engagements per month where he teaches people about nutrition and other health related topics. Leading by example, he has a genuine quest for being as healthy as possible as well as helping others achieve that same goal. By education and by providing families with resources to make better decisions are some of the ways we achieve spectacular results.

Dr. Foss's wife, Alina, shares the same passion and is also very pleased to be a part of the NutriMost team. Alina shares, "I did the program in order to fix any imbalances that I had internally. After several days I began feeling more energy, sleeping better and started losing those extra pounds I have gained prior to doing the program. I feel really young again and I just love what NutriMost has done for me in such a short period of time."

Dr. Foss comments, "It's very inspirational to watch people transform like that."

My health and my family's health is the greatest asset that we have. We realize the importance of building your health through proper lifestyle choices. Because of that we know we have the amazing healing power within our minds and bodies and that we just have to supply it with genetically raw materials needed.

Transforming lives is why Dr. Foss and Alina are now promoting the NutriMost message in Jacksonville. They want to see more lives dramatically improved through doctor supervised weight loss and nutritional education. They take great pleasure in helping people become healthier, live longer, and experience more fulfillment in life and are very pleased to make this opportunity available to the community.

"I consider myself an excellent listener and hope I get the opportunity to meet you in person and discuss your specific health challenge. "

Chiropractor Zack Stalnaker D.C.

Dr. Zack Stalnaker is a Florida native and board certified Chiropractic Physician. He grew up in a military family in the panhandle with his parents and brother, Jake. As God would have it, he had a surfing accident that changed his life. After injuring his neck, he ended up in a chiropractor's office who taught him the principle, "Healing comes from above, down, and inside-out". After months of adjustments and therapy, he had not only recovered from his accident, but also resolved over two decades of chronic sinusitis, migraines, allergies, and acid reflux. He eventually came off of all the medications taken for these conditions.

Dr. Stalnaker pursued his new found passion for natural health by finishing his B.S.B.A. in Business Management and earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA; the largest chiropractic school in the world. He also pursued extensive studies in nutrition, diet, and exercise and has completed a S.H.I.N.E certification in naturally treating ADD/ADHD. Dr. Stalnaker has worked in the Jacksonville area for 7 years, and in this period of time has realized that even though his patients were feeling and functioning better, most were still at high risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and the multitude of chronic diseases that plague our nation today.

His first chiropractor told him about NutriMost at a continuing education conference in Destin, FL. After traveling to Pittsburgh and learning about the program, Dr. Stalnaker knew that he had to open a NutriMost office. Seeing patients feel great, come off medications, and restore themselves to their full potential is what drives Dr. Zack to serve his Jacksonville community.

"Everyone has a God-given potential. In our country, people are made to feel that they aren't good enough, and that they never will be. I don't believe that. The human body is amazing and, given the right tools, it can correct the most dangerous of health problems." Dr. Zack Stalnaker

Dr. Zack resides in Jacksonville with his beautiful wife, Jessie, and two children, Asher and Romie. He attends and serves at the Church of Eleven22, and spends most of his free time at the beach with his family and working out at CrossFit Total Control. Dr. Zack is part of the Christian Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, and the North Florida Chiropractic Society. He works with many CrossFit and Florida Surfing Association athletes. Dr. Zack also has extensive experience working with pregnant women and pediatric patients.
